1stly, dese mite seem preety petty, but its got me all shitty this arvo yeh.

1. my low pay nxt yr is lyk so shit, and its drivin me up the proverbial wall, yeh. no names, or figures, but dey seem to be treating me lyk der personal slave or sumfin- who am i man? im a hard worker yeh- and paying me shitloads isnt gunna make me da most happi person in da firm. once i hab slaved for dem for 7.5 hours wif 1 hr lunch in btween- ie ill be workin full time yeh, then i hab to go to uni for da nxt few hrs- ok so f*** this... im too pissed to even go work wib dem nxt week let alone nxt year man!

2. dat stoopid real estate guy is da numba 2 problem. most of u noe dat we're lyk moving soon to kogarah town centa and yeh, with a negotiated price but in comes dis prick who looked like dis robba n i didnt even noe he was da real estate guy till i asked. the da first fing was we told him da price we had negotiated on saturday (wed been b4) but den he said dat he wouldnt gib us da dang price coz he was 'da boss' and we were '5mins late', so he got totally pissed of at us at da door, and sayd how culd we b unreliable, and for da next half hour was no help to us- didnt show us da property, just standin dere lyk some maniac jerk, muttering under his breath. ok man, yeh u are da boss but da way u treat ur potential clients as shit isnt gunna get u very many. afterwards, all my mum, her fwend and i could fink about was how shit dat guy was n how we wuld hab to deal wif him in da future if we actually do rent it. far out, wat a way 2 start my day man, ure not getting our business.
